We here at 2662 NewYork appreciate your business!  We understand that sometimes no matter how much you love an item, it just doesn’t work out.  Should you need to return your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return for a full refund.   Please note, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund after the 30-day period has expired.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.   There will be step-by-step instructions of how to return your item in the literature that accompanies your item(s). 
If the item(s) that you want to return is not in its original condition, are damaged, or missing elements for reasons not due to our error, only partial refunds are granted at our discretion.


REFUNDS: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within three days

If the item was given as a gift, please notify the gift giver that a refund is needed.  The gift giver will need to send an inquiry email to to receive the directions on how to return the purchased item and how to receive a refund to their credit card or original payment method. 


EXCHANGES: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange a purchased item for the same item, please send an email to  Once your email is received we will issue directions about how to return the item to be exchanged. 


SALE ITEMS: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.   Sale items may only be exchanged if the item is damaged or missing elements for reasons due to our error. 


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS: Please allow for 3 business days to receive notification that a refund has been issued. If after 3 days of receiving the refund notification you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  Next, contact your bank.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.   If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We are not able to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
