RETURN POLICY

REFUNDS: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within three days.
If the item was given as a gift, please notify the gift giver that a refund is needed. The gift giver will need to send an inquiry email to susan@2662newyork.com to receive the directions on how to return the purchased item and how to receive a refund to their credit card or original payment method.
SALE ITEMS: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items may only be exchanged if the item is damaged or missing elements for reasons due to our error.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS: Please allow for 3 business days to receive notification that a refund has been issued. If after 3 days of receiving the refund notification you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at susan@2662newyork.com.
